Since then, the group has been active in providing a multitude of grants that have benefited Van Buren Township. Most recently the fund provided a grant to the Community Resource Center to help open a Community Thrift Store to help needy families and pledged money to the Belleville Area Council for the Arts for their building fund. They have also provided funding for projects such as playground equipment, library computers, public safety equipment, and a van for the September Days Senior Center.

The Civic Fund Board of Directors is a volunteer board comprised of community supporters who are dedicated to helping to enhance the quality of life in Van Buren Township. Please join us in welcoming our two new board members to the Van Buren Civic Fund.
